Processing Time

All items are made to order. Once you complete your purchase, please allow 3-5 days for your order to be completed. Depending on the size of your order (3+ items) we ask that you allow more time for the order to be completed. You are always more than welcome to reach out to us for an update on your order status :)

Response Times

We typically respond in minutes! But please allow us up to 24 hours to respond.

Safety

All items are created with safety in mind for your pets. We make sure to trim all loose threads, and state if items are seamless or not in listings. That being said, it is your responsibility to inspect items once you receive them. If you do not believe an item is safe for your pet, then do not allow them to have it. Inspect items often for signs of wear and tear, and remove the item when it becomes no longer safe for your pet to use.

Shipping

We use USPS, Fedex, and UPS for shipping. Most orders will be shipped via USPS Standard Ground. Shipping time can vary and is unfortunately out of our hands once given to USPS. That being said, we keep a close eye on orders and monitor tracking. Please be patient while your order is in transit, but of course reach out to us with any questions or concerns and we will be glad to help!

We currently are only able to ship to the United States. If you would like to place an order but are international, you can purchase items through our shop on Etsy!
